Returns & Satisfaction
Every order leaving my shop is hand-inspected before it ships. I mill in small batches and hold everything to a standard I'd use on my own projects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, reach out within 14 days of delivery. I'll make it right — replacement or refund, your call. Just send me a photo of the issue and your order number and I'll take care of it from there.
Returns on Correct Orders
Because plugs and dowels are cut to order in small batches from hand-selected boards, I'm unable to accept returns on orders that arrived as described. If you're unsure about species, sizing, or fit for your project before ordering, reach out first — I'd rather answer your questions upfront than have you receive something that doesn't work for your application.
Sizing
Plugs are sized to create a snug flush fit with the correct countersink or Forstner bit. Please verify your hole dimensions before ordering. If you're unsure which size to order, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
